A private tour is not a mass format or a standard package.The price reflects the level of route development, organisation and support — and is confirmed once all details have been agreed.

FAQ

  • Usually within 48 hours of receiving your completed form. During busy periods it may take a little longer — but we'll always let you know in advance.

  • Yes, up to two rounds of revisions are included. In practice most itineraries are confirmed on the first attempt — we work hard to get it right from the questionnaire stage.

  • As soon as you receive the proposal. You get a ready-made document with the full itinerary, photos and final price — everything in one place, no hidden costs.

  • A 25% deposit secures your spot and starts the preparation process. The remainder is paid on arrival. We accept payment via bank transfer or cryptocurrency.

  • If you cancel 30 or more days before departure — the deposit is refunded in full. Less than 30 days — the deposit is non-refundable. In cases of force majeure we're always open to discussing a date change.

  • Route logistics, guide presence at all key stops, and help with organising activities and accommodation. Depending on the region and dates, the tour is led personally by Andrei or one of our guides — either way, someone who knows the region from the inside.

  • Yes, all formats. Maximum group size is 6 people — a deliberate limit. More people means less quality. The pace, accommodation and programme are matched to each group's needs.

  • Yes, no fixed departure dates. A private tour is built around your calendar — any time of year. Just indicate your preferred period in the questionnaire.

  • Yes. We don't sell flights, but we help find the best options for getting to your starting point. The closest airports are Bilbao, San Sebastián, Pamplona and Vitoria. Bilbao is the most convenient.
